When you complete the care quote request form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, who the support is for, a general location, the types of support you are considering, your rough schedule and desired start, and any additional notes you write.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to meet ordinary business and record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any point.
